Job Summary

We areseeking a seasoned Business System Analyst to serve in the role ofFinancial Data Scientist to join the Digital Solutions & DataManagement Division of the Digital Finance Department.

DigitalFinance Department (DFD) is responsible for the coordinationdevelopment and management of information systems used in financialaccounting treasury financial planning & forecastingperformance management and the entire suite of digital solutionsfor the Finance Business line.

Digital Implementation Division isresponsible for providing program management services forimplementation rollout and support of finance system solutionsthrough digital technologies including advanced analytics RoboticProcess Automation (RPA) and Advanced Analytics technologiesincluding Artificial Intelligence solutions and SAP solutions usingBusiness Warehouse (BW) and Analytics Cloud (SAC).

The departmentpersonnel are multidisciplinary professionals with a key focus onFinancial Applications functional experience and IT technicalbackground.

The Business System Analysts primaryrole is to champion the identification evaluation design coordinateimplementation and facilitate rollout of ArtificialIntelligencecentric solutions in the Finance organization.

Theanalyst will also lead implementation initiatives where required inaddition to managing postimplementation support.

Responsibilities :

• Design develop and implement AIpoweredsolutions to automate tasks improve processes and supportdatadriven decisions across Financial Accounting TreasuryPerformance Management and Investor Relations.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders tounderstand their needs translate them into technical requirementsand deliver impactful solutions.

Assess Finance AI use casesevaluate options and support implementation.

• Develop and manage machine learning models for financialforecasting fraud detection risk assessment and more.
• Clean transform and analyze large datasets from diversesources to ensure data quality and suitability formodeling.
• Stay updated on AI and machinelearning advancements identifying potential applications forfinance and proposing relevant pilot projects.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts and findingsto both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Contribute to crossfunctional initiatives integrating AIand data science into broader business transformationefforts.
• Facilitate workshops with users andconsultants to document processes and drivetransformation.
• Lead the delivery of keydigital initiatives participating in solution development throughprojects and programs in collaboration with business and technologyteams.
• Maintain support and optimize digitalsolutions.

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Hold a Bachelors degreein Engineering Computer Science Mathematics Statistics or IT from arecognized program; advanced degree or professional certificationslike MBA CMA CFA CPA preferred but not required.
• Possess 68 years of experience in Data Science ArtificialIntelligence and advanced analytics implementation in financialsystems.
• Expertise in Python programming andlibraries such as NumPy pandas scikitlearn TensorFlow or PyTorch isrequired.
• Proficiency in UI programmingparticularly with React is required.
• Desirableskills include leveraging Google Cloud or Azure Cloud for advancedanalytics.
• Demonstrate a thoroughunderstanding of implementing AI systems in Finance includingbenefits articulation technical evaluation critical success factorsand project risks.
• Have project experienceimplementing AI solutions including analyzing business requirementsevaluating technical options and supporting executionprocesses.
• Preferred ability to engage inhandson technical solution management.
