Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis or Inuit

• Previous experience with the non-profit social services sector is an asset
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a similar or related field (social sciences, Indigenous studies, business, data analysis, etc), AND / OR equivalent work-related experience
• Experience and understanding of access and equity issues for people living in poverty within suburban and urban communities and neighbourhoods, as well as the services, programs, community building and system work that needs to occur
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent teamwork, people and service skills, including the ability to work respectfully and inclusively within a diverse workplace and community
• Able to work remotely until public health regulations allow a safe return to the office
