We are currently assisting a multi-entity NPO in recruiting a Payroll Technician for a 6-month assignment, with the possibility of 100% teleworking.Your tasks : - Process payroll- Check and validate timesheets and adjustments- Enter and update employee payroll data (new hires, departures, changes, group insurance enrolment, salary increases, retroactivity, Records of Employment (ROE), leave).- Record of employment management- Reporting : - Update monthly vacation accumulation report.Your profile :
- Strong analytical skills to resolve discrepancies and manage payroll-related issues.
- Proven experience in using a payroll system.
- Knowledge of accounting (an asset).
- Perfect command of written and spoken French.This position is part-time.
