Payroll Manager

Permanent position in a dynamic team in Montreal, QC

Responsibilities :

  • Manage Complete Payroll Cycle
  • Weekly Timesheet Collection
  • HR System Updates for new hires and terminations
  • Compliance Verification
  • Month-End Accounting / journal entries in the system
  • Maintain documentation and Forms for audit purposes
  • Year-End Processing
  • Accounting Report Monitoring

Qualification :

  • Experience with a payroll system
  • 5 years of experience with full cycle of payroll
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English and French

    Responsabilités :

  • Gérer le cycle complet de la paie
  • Collecte des feuilles de temps hebdomadaires
  • Mise à jour du système RH pour les nouvelles embauches et les cessations d’activité
  • Vérification de la conformité
  • Comptabilité de fin de mois / écritures de journal dans le système
  • Maintien de la documentation et des formulaires à des fins d’audit
  • Traitement de fin d’année
  • Suivi des rapports comptables

    • Qualification :

  • Expérience avec un système de paie
  • 5 ans d’expérience dans le cycle complet de la paie
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication (orale et écrite) en anglais et en français.
