Digital Marketing Manager

In this role, you will :

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing automation strategies, optimizing customer journeys through a data driven approach to create tailored experiences that align with business goals.
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless operation with other marketing and sales systems.
  • Train and support team members on marketing automation tools and best practices.
  • Develop and support the execution of digital marketing strategies to help promote our homes and condos for sale and apartments for rent.
  • Optimize our online presence through effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to increase visibility, drive website traffic and conversions.
  • Manage and grow our corporate social media presence across various platforms, engaging with our audience and building brand awareness.
  • Work closely with regional marketing teams to evaluate the performance of campaigns across different channels (e.g., digital, social media, email) and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Lead, manage and mentor the digital marketing team to drive innovation and performance.
  • Work closely with the sales and leasing teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Adhere to and support governance of accessibility (AODA / ADA) and privacy laws (such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR).
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

    • We would like you to have :

    Education : University Degree or College Diploma (Business, Marketing, or related field).

  • Minimum 4-5 years of digital marketing
  • Significant digital marketing experience with proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation software, preferably Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Creative and data-driven thinking with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Driven, energetic and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent project management, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing a budget.
  • Up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  • Familiar with Accessibility, CASL and Privacy requirements.
  • Certifications : Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Technical Skills : experience with content management systems (CMS), HTML / CSS, and other web development tools.
