As a
Learning Project Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our teams learn, grow, and perform. You’ll lead impactful learning initiatives from start to finish—combining project leadership with data-driven insights to drive real business results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end learning projects that support Customer Experience teams
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Turn business data and performance insights into effective learning strategies
- Partner with learning teams and business stakeholders to design impactful solutions
- Measure success through participation, skill development, behavior change, and performance outcomes
- Analyze trends, skill gaps, and feedback to continuously improve learning programs
- Use dashboards and reporting to bring data to life and support decision-making
- Guide teams through change while balancing priorities across multiple initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in a corporate environment
- Experience leading learning, digital, or design-related initiatives
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working in Customer Experience, performance, or fast-paced environments (an asset)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities with confidence
- Curiosity, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Agile or PMP certification (nice to have)
- Experience in financial services (an asset)

Salary range is expected to be between
$59,700.00 CAD - $99,500.00 CAD
