Notre équipe est composée de professionnels compétents et nous recherchons un conseiller technique Microsoft Azure / 365 pour nous rejoindre.

Lieu de travail : À distance - De la maison.

Tâches et responsabilités :

  • Conseiller les clients sur l'utilisation des outils mis en place par ACCEO Solutions ;
  • Conseiller les clients sur les différentes technologies fournies par ACCEO Solutions ;
  • Réaliser des installations logicielles et techniques, à distance ou directement sur le site du client si possible ;
  • Gérer les services Microsoft onPremise, onCloud ainsi que leur intégration et / ou migration ;
  • Assurer un alignement harmonieux entre les mises en œuvre des projets, les exigences des ventes et les attentes des clients ;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec toutes les parties prenantes de l'unité commerciale ;

    • Développer un haut niveau de compréhension des besoins du client final afin d'identifier et de proposer des services supplémentaires.

    Ce dont vous avez besoin :

  • Une formation dans le domaine informatique ou toute autre expérience jugée équivalente ;
  • Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite (français OU anglais) ;
  • Expérience professionnelle pertinente en tant qu'agent de service à la clientèle dans le domaine du soutien applicatif ou technique ;
  • Expérience dans le déploiement et le soutien d'un espace de travail Microsoft Azure, Host pools, WVD et d’Azure Active Directory;
  • Connaissance solide de la mise en œuvre et du soutien d'Office 365 et de Microsoft 365 ;
  • Expérience en matière de virtualisation, de sauvegarde, de réplication, de mise en réseau et de pare-feu ;

    • Une bonne capacité à résumer des situations techniques complexes à l'équipe et aux clients.

    Un atout si :

  • Bilingue (français, anglais), car nous avons des clients au Québec et dans le reste du Canada ;
  • Expérience du déploiement et de la prise en charge des environnements ASR, VM, FsLogix, NetAPP, Azure Virtual Network GW, Intune et Autopilot ;
  • Expérience de déploiement avec Microsoft Server, notamment : Active Directory, Group Policy ; GPO / GPP, Print Server, Remote Desktop / RemoteAPP, Exchange, Hyper-V, IIS, MsSQL, PowerShell, SCCM ;

    • Expérience avec : Veeam Backup, Hyper-V Replication HA Clustering, et Network Teaming.

    Workplace : Remote - From home.

    Duties and responsibilities :

  • Advise clients on the use of tools implemented by ACCEO Solutions;
  • Advise clients on the various technologies provided by ACCEO Solutions;
  • Carry out software and technical installations, remotely or directly at the customer's site if possible;
  • Manage the Microsoft onPremise, onCloud services as well as their integration and / or migration;
  • Ensure harmonious alignment between project implementations, sales requirements and customer expectations;
  • Collaborate closely with all stakeholders in the business unit;

    • Develop a high level of understanding of the end customer's needs in order to identify and propose additional services.

    What you need :

  • Formal education in the IT field or any other experience deemed equivalent;
  • Strong communication skills speaking and writing (French OR English);
  • Relevant work experience as a customer service agent in application or technical support;
  • Experience deploying and supporting a Microsoft Azure Workspace, Host pools, WVD and Azure AD;
  • Strong and proven knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft 365 implementation and support;
  • Experience with virtualisation, backup, replication, networking and firewalls;

    • A good ability to summarize complex technical situations to the team and customers.

    An asset if :

  • Bilingual (French, English);
  • Experience deploying and supporting ASR, VM, FsLogix, NetAPP, Azure Virtual Network GW, Intune and Autopilot environment;
