We are looking for positive and team-oriented individual to join our dynamic Customer Care team as a remote team member.

Join our Customer Care team make an impact by providing customer front-line excellence support by servicing internal and external clients in the Health Care industry.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8 : 00am 4 : 00pm.

Receiving incoming calls, investigate issues and respond to customer inquiries related to medical equipment, including parts information;

pricing; quotes for repair or exchange; base or extended warranty coverage; availability; replacements / substitutes and expediting shipments

Redirecting complex technical issues to appropriate company team (Technicians, Field Service Representatives, nurses or other appropriate person / department)

Researching, resolving and issue product returns according to policy

Processing parts, service and asset related orders, in accordance with organizational guidelines

Managing government programs with regards to home patients including : inquiries / requests; repairs; exchange units; warranties and weekly inventory replenishment to nurses’ sites

Upholding highest level of support service including thorough understanding of procedures and processes

You’re fluent in French and English, written and oral

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a Customer Service environment interacting with internal and external customers

You possess excellent computer skills

You’ve proven multi-tasking and problem resolution ability in a fast paced environment

You’re motivated to learning new software, JD Edwards experience is preferred

You’re meticulous, and excel in interpersonal skills

You’re comfortable working with different computer applications simultaneously

Medical background preferred

Post-Secondary Education preferred

Recevoir les appels entrants, enquêter sur les problèmes et répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients concernant l’équipement médical, y compris les renseignements sur les pièces, la tarification, les devis de réparation ou d’échange, la couverture de la garantie de base ou prolongée, la disponibilité, les remplacements et substitutions et l’accélération des expéditions

Réacheminer les problèmes techniques complexes à l’équipe appropriée de l’entreprise (techniciens, représentants du service sur le terrain, personnel infirmier ou autre personne ou service approprié)

Effectuer des recherches sur les retours de produits, les résoudre et en émettre conformément à la politique

Traiter les commandes liées aux pièces, aux services et aux actifs, conformément aux directives de l’organisation

Gérer les programmes gouvernementaux concernant les patients à domicile, notamment : demandes de renseignements, réparations, articles échangés, garanties et réapprovisionnement hebdomadaire sur les sites du personnel infirmier

Assurer un service de soutien hors pair, y compris une compréhension approfondie des procédures et des processus

Vous parlez couramment le français et l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit

Vous avez de trois à cinq ans d’expérience dans un milieu de service à la clientèle dans lequel vous avez interagi avec des clients internes et externes

Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en informatique

Vous avez une capacité éprouvée à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à résoudre des problèmes dans un environnement dynamique

Vous avez la motivation d’apprendre de à utiliser de nouveaux logiciels; expérience du système JD Edwards, un atout

Vous faites preuve de souci du détail et excellez dans les relations interpersonnelles

Vous êtes à l’aise d’utiliser diverses applications informatiques simultanément

Formation médicale de préférence

Diplôme d’études postsecondaires souhaité
