The YMCA of the National Capital Region’s Camp and Community Youth Programming portfolio serves thousands of children, youth, families, and community members each year through a wide range of engaging programs. These include Camp Otonabee Day Camp, Camp Otonabee Overnight Camp, the Neighbourhood Day Camp (NDC) programs, the Outdoor Centre, corporate bookings, and community‑based youth initiatives. Together, these programs provide opportunities to connect with nature, build leadership and life skills, promote healthy lifestyles, and foster inclusion and belonging.
The General Manager, Camp and Community Youth Programming is responsible for the operational management of the YMCA’s camp and community youth programs, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day delivery and high‑quality participant experiences.
