REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate needs to be a member in good standing with UA Local 170 or in the process of gaining membership with UA Local 170;
- Experience with tenant improvements and retrofits is necessary;
- The ability to confidently drain and re-fill sprinkler systems within operational buildings is a must;
- Safety first Attitude;
- Ability to read and interpret Blue Prints;
- Ability to work independently is required;
- Team first mentality;
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory;
- Strong customer service skills;
- High level of communication is required;
- Backflow testing certificate (an asset).
