What are we looking for?

Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building scalable web applications end to end, from front-end interfaces to backend APIs and databases. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience in modern frameworks such as React and Node.js, and leverages AI-assisted development tools to accelerate high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications, integrating responsive front-end interfaces with robust backend services.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability and high performance.
• Develop user interfaces using React (or similar modern frameworks), ensuring seamless user experiences and accessibility.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the stack, following best practices and coding standards.
• Integrate and optimize AI-assisted coding workflows (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Replit AI) throughout the software lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to testing and deployment.
• Implement and maintain security, data protection, and compliance standards.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and reliability across both client and server components.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to promote team learning and consistency.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, AI development tools, and software practices to drive continuous improvement.
