Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations of AttoTude's Ottawa site. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office operations (supplies, vendors, facilities) or remote-team logistics
  • Support HR, finance, or operations tasks as needed
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across teams and time zones
  • Handle email correspondence and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain digital filing systems, internal documentation, and operational records
  • Assist with onboarding new employees (accounts, equipment, access)
  • Identify process improvements and help implement scalable administrative systems

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or office support role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a changing environment
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Basic understanding of HR, finance, or project coordination
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
