Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Address problems in a constructive, solution-focused manner.
Keep thorough records of all interactions and comments from customers. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
Qualifications : Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Prior experience serving customers, ideally in the insurance industry or a similar profession.
