Ticket Seller (Summer) Part-time

We are looking to fill the position of Summer TicketSeller at Fernie Alpine Resort. Theideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, cash handling andcomputer experience and will be a team player.

You Will :
- Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere forboth guests and staff
- Sell day tickets to guests for biking and hikingproducts
- Handle cash including a daily float and debitand credit card transactions
- Balance shift end sales report
- Have extensive knowledge of resort & resortproducts and events
- Promote and sell all products and experiencesavailable at the resort
- Assist with Guest Inquiries and Resolving Issues
- Know and adhere to the policies, rules andprotocols outlined in the
