As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle office communications via email and phone.
Success in this role requires an outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to :
- Providing administrative and clerical support to all departments
- Engaging in email, phone, and fax correspondence
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinating meetings, travel and staff events
- Maintenance of client database records
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in a receptionist role
- Proficiency in organizational and administrative tasks
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel)
- Adeptness in receiving directions from multiple individuals
- Ability to deal with varying personalities of internal and external clients
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and high-paced work environment
