- Lead and manage health care construction projects through all phases, respecting the timelines and the budget.
- Negotiate contracts and build relationships with sub trades and consultants.
- Create and manage project schedules utilizing advanced project scheduling software.
- Oversee the site superintendent and check in on project progress regularly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that occur during the construction process.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team.

- Strong background as a Project Manager in the ICI sector with a track record of overseeing institutional, health care and hospital interior renovation projects.
- Excellent trade and consultant relationships in the local market.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong technical, computer and management skills
- Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
