Location : On-site, 5 days / week in Ottawa, Canada

Compensation : CA$150K–$250K + competitive equity

The Role

As a Staff DevOps Engineer , you’ll own infrastructure from day one. You’ll work hands-on to design, automate, and scale systems that make AI safe, fast, and reliable in production. This is a builder role for a senior engineer who wants to move quickly and own key outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and scale secure, high-performance infrastructure on Google Cloud
• Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable shipping
• Partner with engineers to productionize ML systems and support experimental workflows
• Monitor, secure, and optimize environments for performance and scalability
• Bring DevOps best practices into a fast-moving, AI-first environment
