Manpower has partnered with one of the leading companies, that is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative for 12 Months contract.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: 80 King St., St. Catharine's, ON L2R 7G1 / 2nd floor or 15 Elgin St. Ottawa.
Duration: 12 Months
What's in it for you?

• $20.43 per hour and 4% vacation pay

• Looking for candidates with Social Media Experience (Customer Service Call Center/Sales experience preferred)
  
  What's the Job?
• The candidate will help support and expand our large social media self-serve advertising customer base by demonstrating the value of advertising solutions.
• Proactively outreach to decision-makers over the phone and via email to increase the ROI for their advertisement.
• The assigned book of business will be on a quarterly basis, with new accounts assigned on a monthly basis
  
  What do you bring to the job?
• HS Diploma or GED Min 1-yr customer service
• Prefer experience working in a sales environment with sales targets or quotas.
• Ability to work all shifts as required.
