Coop Student - NPI Test Engineer

Scopee :

Ciena NPI Test Engineering Team is looking for a dynamic Coop Student, who like software and hardware, to contribute to the introduction of New Ciena Platform Products.

The successful candidate, under the supervision of a NPI Test Engineer, will participate in Test development, prototype testing / debugging and station design / assembly.

Responsibilities :

Depending on the life cycle of the product, the candidate will :

• Participate in the design / Assembly of Test Station
• Participate in the development of Test Sequences / cases
• Help validating Test cases on Prototypes
• Help Debugging prototype units,
• Help Documenting Test station, Test Sequences & debug procedures.

Job Type : Full Time

Job Location : Ciena Ottawa (Office / Lab Environment)

Durations : Looking for at least 2 Terms (8 months), with possibility of extension.
