Responsibilities
4.0.2Defineanddocumenttheobjectivesforprojects;determine budgetaryrequirements,thecomposition,rolesandresponsibilitiesandtermsofreferencefor the projectteam;
4.0.3Meetwithstakeholdersandotherprojectteammemberstodefineproblemsandprovideresolutionstosaidproblems;
4.0.4Formulatestatementsofproblems;establishproceduresforthedevelopmentandimplementationofsignificant,newormodifiedprojectelementsto solvethese problems,andobtainapprovaltoproceed;
4.0.5Prepareplans,charts,tablesanddiagramstoassistinanalyzingordisplayingproblems; workingwithavarietyofprojectmanagementtools;
4.0.6Obtain project sign-off by all stakeholders, officially ensuring thatthe project was completed on time, withinbudgetandwithnolooseends;
4.0.7Manage severalprojectsduringthedevelopment,implementationandoperationsphasesbyensuringthatresourcesare made available and that the projectis developed and is fully operational within previously agreed time, costand performance parameters;
4.0.8ProducewrittenReportprogressofprojectsonanongoingbasisand atscheduledpointsintheprojectlifecycle;
4.0.9Developand manageend-to-endprojectplansandensureon-timedelivery;
4.0.10WorkcloselywithSMEsas wellaswithclientstechnicalteamtoprovidestrategicinsightsinorder to deliverthesolutiontotheclient;
4.0.11Motivateand guidinghighlytechnicalengineers&developersremovingroadblockstoensuretheycandeliver;
4.0.12CoachteammembersinAgileframeworks.
4.0.13Developandtrackmetricsto monitorprojectperformance;
4.0.14Manageallphasesofabusinessintelligence,datawarehouseoranalyticssoftwaredevelopmentproject,includingplanning,development, testing, deploymentandpost-releasesupport.
Qualifications
·MustproposearesourcethatmeetstheSENIORlevel with a minimum of 10 years ofcumulativeexperience
Or
5+yearsofexperience witharecognizedprofessionalcertification as defined in the TBIPS SA for theresourcecategory(P.9)ProjectManager.
·Must demonstrate that the proposed SeniorProjectManager resourceholdscertification.
ManagementProfessional(PMP)certificationfromtheProjectManagement Institute(PMI).
·Must demonstrate using detailed projectdescriptionsthattheproposedSENIORlevelProjectManagerresource has Five (5) years of experiencewithin the last Ten (10) years in an IM/ITenvironment as of bid closing performingthefollowing tasks in eitherbusiness intelligence, datawarehouseor analyticsproject:
Developingandtracking metricsto monitorprojectperformance;and
Promotinganddocumentingprojectmanagementbestpractices;and
Documentingandchampioningprocessimprovementinitiatives;
·Must demonstrate using detailed projectdescriptionsthatthe proposedSENIORlevel ProjectManager resource has Five (5)years of experiencewithin the lastTen (10) years in an IM/ITenvironmentas of bid closing performing thefollowingtasks in either business intelligence, datawarehouseor analyticsproject:
Producing Agile project documentation, including(ScopeDocs,Resource/Cost,Projections,SchedulesandperformanceMetrics).
·Must demonstrate using detailed projectdescriptions that the proposed SENIOR level ProjectManagerresource has minimum of Three(3) projectswithin thelastTen(10)yearsinan IM/ITenvironment as of bid closing performingthefollowing tasks in eitherbusiness intelligence, datawarehouseor analyticsproject:
Managingallphasesofabusinessintelligence,datawarehouse
analyticssoftwaredevelopmentproject,includingplanning, development, testing, deployment andpost-releasesupport.
