Part-Time Data Entry Clerk

About the position:

The Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at Pathway Capital Management, LP is responsible for the following tasks:

• Download documents from external websites.
• Upload documents to the company’s online document storage site and categorize documents with criteria for the company to easily access.
• Notify applicable departments in a timely manner when documents are available.
• Retrieve documents upon request.
• Review document categorization for accuracy and correct categorization, as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Ad-hoc projects, as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Acute attention to accuracy and detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Work effectively with deadlines
• Able to work a regular work schedule of 20-25 hours per week during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

This is a Part-time position ideally working Monday through Friday 4 to 5 hours day.
