Responsibilities
- Setting up new users, printers and workstations and providing tier 1 (phone) and 2 (in person) support to district both in the office and various site locations.
- Participating in upgrades and rollouts.
- Assisting with equipment asset and licensing management.
- Tracking, escalating, and following up on IT related issues.
- Moving the monitors and other Hardware equipment in between sites.
Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of computing Hardware (Microsoft office basic hardware support).
- Strong analytical skills with an appreciation for detail and accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic hardware and networking skills.
- Ability to lift up to 45-50 lbs (moving monitors and other equipment)
