Implementation Specialist

Our client, a leading SaaS subscription management platform provider, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support customer onboarding and system configuration initiatives. Reporting to the Manager, Implementation , this role is responsible for the hands-on execution of client implementations, ensuring customers are successfully set up and supported during their onboarding into the subscription billing platform.

This role is suited to an individual contributor who enjoys technical problem-solving, structured delivery work, and client collaboration within established implementation frameworks.

Salary : $70,000–$80,000, commensurate with experience

Work Model : Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

What You’ll Do :

• Support end-to-end implementation activities for assigned customer accounts under the direction of the Manager, Implementation
• Configure subscription billing workflows, pricing structures, invoicing logic, and payment settings within the platform
• Assist with data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, testing, and bulk imports
• Apply a solution-based approach to understand client requirements and implement standard or semi-custom configurations
• Provide technical support related to subscription billing logic, payments, and system integrations
• Participate in client onboarding calls, requirements reviews, and configuration walkthroughs
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and issue resolution
• Troubleshoot implementation issues, escalating complex or high-risk items as required
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations, implementation steps, and client requirements
• Contribute to process improvements, templates, and internal documentation to support scalable delivery
