Responsibilities :
- Conduct research in the data center networks, focusing on the network optimization on the large-scale AI cluster and cloud computing networks.
- Design protocols and algorithms in the transport layer to improve the end-to-end performance for the computing, cloud and storage applications and Build simulation and / or hardware prototype to verify the design.
- Collaborate with the HQ experts and Corresponding product lines to promote the implementation of our design into commercial products.
- Follow the latest progress in both industry and academia. Attend various meetings and write technical insight reports.
Whatyou’ll bring to the team :
- Ph.D. or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, with research and development experience in designing and developing data center networks, distributed systems, or computer architecture.
- Understanding of the data center networks, distributed systems, compute architecture, AI, cloud computing or related technical directions.
Familiar with one or two sub-domains above.
- Proficiency in C / C++, Python or P4 programming.
- Proficient in communication protocol stacks and transport algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to engage effectively both internally and externally.
