Senior Business Analyst

On behalf of our client, Procom is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the project team and stakeholders across multiple departments to gather business requirements and produce key business artifacts using best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the project team and stakeholders across multiple departments to gather business requirements and produce key business artifacts using best practices
• Participate in the project analysis phase by gathering, documenting, and managing user needs and requirements as they relate to the deployment of various project phases
• Ensure consistency and continuity by participating and contributing to the detailed design phase
• Provide analysis by undertaking information gathering and analysis and by eliciting the details of user requirements in discussion with internal and external users
• Partner with key stakeholders across ITS, external stakeholders to support the execution of specific engagement strategies and plans
• Assess the impact of the proposed business requirements on the systems and collaborate with technical specialists to propose solutions
• Develop and improve business processes within the technology and business departments
• Prepare and deliver presentations and status reports to project team and stakeholders
• Facilitate presentations and provide training to end-users, as required
• Support the transition of the solution to operations using a hybrid project delivery methodology
• Participate in functional and user experience testing with the project stakeholders
• Other activities and deliverables, as required
