Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct multi‑disciplinary project teams;
• Provide senior technical input for delivery of water resources projects to public, mining, industrial, private, and First Nations clients;
• Perform and oversee detailed hydrologic and hydraulic studies, assessments, modelling, preliminary and detail design, cost estimates, specifications and input to contract documents;
• Develop innovative green infrastructure solutions for the urban environment;
• Develop site‑wide and tailings storage facility, life‑of‑asset water balance models for mining clients;
• Apply innovative hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software, from 1‑D to 3‑D flow and transport models;
• Lead floodplain and flood hazard mapping studies;
• Develop flood protection designs;
• In‑stream and urban stormwater water quality monitoring and modelling;
• Develop and execute field investigation programs and construction support services;
• Prepare erosion and sediment control designs;
• Interact with client representatives;
• Task and project‑level responsibility for scoping, performing, managing and delivering multiple concurrent project assignments;
• Support lead generation, business development, staff development, and mentoring;
• Help broaden our reputation via publishing and visibility at prominent industry conferences.

Minimum Salary : $110,000 / Maximum Salary : $150,000 (Cambridge, Guelph, Waterloo, Toronto, Ottawa)
