Receptionist - Administrative
Job Opportunity
Receptionist for one of our clients in Kamloops for a few months contract.
- To answer calls, direct calls, and take messages
- Welcome visitors, direct visitors
- Accept deliveries
- Check mail, send mail out, including purolator
- Administrative and clerical tasks as requested by departments prioritize
- Maintain copier and office supplies
- Keep a tidy office space
- Ensure back up when stepping away from front desk
- $24.00 / hr
