Compensation Range : Between $85500 - $135500 CDN annually

About your next Challenge as a Operations Supervisor :

A hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead a team of six in supporting aircraft maintenance operations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily logistics inventory control and timely delivery of parts and materials. You will be familiar with production management in order to advise on logistical system development implementation auditing and continuous improvement.

• In close consultation with Operations Manager continuously improve structure and efficiencies;
• Through training and oversight ensure adherence to policy and procedures;
• Collaborate closely with Licensed Planner QA Engineering PRAA (Person Responsible for Assigning Authority) Programs Manager and Operations Manager to ensure Airworthiness Training Currency Projects Customer Satisfaction and Key Performance Indicators are met or exceeded.
