We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to act as the focal point of contact for key stakeholders, drive communication between cross‑functional teams across various disciplines and execute programs against defined objectives. This person will perform this pivotal function to ensure timely and successful delivery of cutting‑edge technologies.

This Staff Technical Program Manager will manage the release planning and schedules for multiple products, including the content management of critical projects, and ensure on time releases with high quality. In addition, this person coordinates cross product dependencies, identifies and escalates issues, manages risk and change from conception to delivery, drives problem resolution through fact‑based, conscious decision making while promoting, implementing and improving team, cross‑functional and cross departmental business and engineering processes and practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead planning, execution and release of IPs and provide communication between cross‑functional teams across various disciplines
• Drive release planning and schedules
• Proactively identify challenge areas and risks requiring executive engagement
• Identify issues and roadblocks, and elevate with right level of details and priority
• Drive problem resolution through fact‑based, conscious and quality decision making
• Drive programs and business initiatives
• Develop training materials with PMO team members
