Responsabilités principales :

Maintien en condition opérationnelle de la production (run)

Observabilité → Grafana / Loki / Prometheus / traces

Automatisation des process et des déploiements

Gestion des pipelines de données (déploiement hebdo OpenSearch)

Première réponse aux incidents

Sécurisation des environnements (VPN, durcissement, anti-intrusion)

Amélioration du système de monitoring SLA et d’alerting

Centralisation des variables d’environnement

Amélioration du système de tests unitaires

Gestion des migrations BDD

Automatisation de fonctionnalités

Accompagnement Sales US sur les aspects techniques lors des rendez-vous clients

Support technique avancé pour grands comptes :

→ Intégration sur mesure, suivi via Slack

Profil recherché

Minimum 3 ans d’expérience sur des fonctions similaires (SRE / DevOps / Infra)

Capable de travailler en autonomie complète

Bon niveau de communication (collaboration Sales / tech)

Francophone idéalement

Forte appétence pour la mise en production , le monitoring , et l’automatisation

Capable de gérer un environnement de production avec une logique produit

À terme, possibilité de recruter un admin système pour compléter l’équipe

Poste basé au Canada, nous avons besoin que la personne soit basé la-bas.
