We are seeking to add a Customer Service Representative candidate to our team! Training will be provided in our Ottawa manufacturing location. Once training is completed Work From Home will be allowed.

Schedulde: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Enter variety of data and customer orders into ERP system
• Speak with customers concerning production orders
• Review and enter data updates in the systems
• Review discrepancies in data received
• Advise supervisor of issues related to data

Qualifications:

• Can work in a fast pace environment processing
