Full-time

We offer you a lot of flexibility on where you work, when you work and how you work. We have a great team who works hard and plays hard, including Fridays off in the summer.

We respect and promote work-life balance, allowing each of our professionals the ability to schedule their day.

  • Managing project financials including budgets, WIP, timely billing and collection, and variance recognition.
  • Working under tight deadlines, delivering quality work, and anticipating and resolving client issues in a timely manner.
  • Generating new business opportunities by promoting the firm’s expertise and services, as well as developing ideas and solutions.
  • Mentoring, training and developing junior and senior staff.
  • Complying with all confidentiality policies of the firm and applicable regulatory authorities.

A successful candidate will have :

  • At least 4 years of public accounting experience in the audit function.
  • A strong knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises, IFRS and Canadian corporate and personal tax.
  • Thorough knowledge and application of relevant professional standards, regulations and corporate governance requirements.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients as a trusted business advisor.
  • Organizational skills to handle multiple projects with conflicting timelines.
  • Experience with MS Office, CaseWare and tax return software.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to effectively work with others in teams.
  • A strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
