Retread Technician - Off the Road Tires

As a Tire Retread and Repair Technician, you'll play a crucial role in our commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction.

You'll be part of a team dedicated to extending the life of tires through the retreading process, reducing waste, and minimizing the environmental impact of tire disposal.

Job Responsibilities :

• Tire Preparation : Use hand tools to identify and prepare tires for repair, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Retreading Process : Train to follow established retreading procedures, including the application of new treads to worn tires.
• Independent Work : Work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating efficiency and attention to detail.
• Safety Focus : Maintain a safety mindset and adhere to all safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment.

Job Requirements :

• Mechanical Aptitude : Previous mechanical experience or aptitude is preferred.
• Safety Conscious : Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.
• Physical Stamina : Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Basic Computer Skills : Familiarity with basic computer operations for tracking and recording work progress.
• Team Player : Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working collaboratively in a high-performing team environment.
• Driver's License : A driver's license is preferred for potential opportunities within the company.
