Accounting Technician

We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.--I am looking for an accounting technician for a company in the automotive industry in Saint-Eustache or Laval. Your tasks will include: -Performing the entire accounting cycle: entering invoices, bank reconciliations, producing GST/QST reports. -Preparing and processing payroll for 30 employees using QuickBooks. -Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. -Maintaining books and producing monthly financial statements. -Using accounting software such as Acomba, QuickBooks, or equivalent. -Maintaining tax and regulatory compliance. -Communicating with suppliers and customers in French and English. -Working independently and rigorously in a multitasking environment typical of SMEs.Your profile: -Vocational diploma or college diploma in accounting -3 to 5 years of accounting experience -Ability to work in French and English to communicate with suppliers across other Canadian provinces -Experience with Quickbooks Online required What we offer: -Group insurance -Opportunity to work in Saint-Eustache and/or Laval
