Job Summary
We areseeking a seasoned expert in implementing SAP Central Finance suiteof solutions for large companies to function as a Business SystemAnalyst in the Digital Finance Transformation Division of theDigital Finance Dept.
Digital Finance Department (DFD) isresponsible for the coordination development and management ofinformation systems used in financial accounting treasury financialplanning & forecasting performance management and the entiresuite of digital solutions for the Finance Business line.
Thedepartment personnel are multidisciplinary professionals with keyfocus on Financial Applications functional experience and ITtechnical background.
Digital Transformation Division isresponsible for providing program management services for designcoordinate the development test and rollout of group financesolutions.
Group finance solutions leverage tools including but notlimited to the following :
- SAPCentral Finance
- S4 / HANA Treasury Management(Cash Pooling Central Payments etc)
- S4 / HANAGroup Reporting & Advanced finance closing (AFC)
- Intercompany Hub for matching & reconciliation (ICMRand / or Blackline)
- Integrated Planning &Performance Mgmt (SAP or nonSAP Planning solutions)
The Business System Analyst is expected tofacilitate important business outcomes such as acceleration offinancial close enable financial transparency at Group andaffiliate level drive corporate performance and facilitate valuerealization with efficient cash management by implementing SAPCentral Finance Group Reporting and other related solutions.
TheAnalyst will deliver such outcomes through structuredimplementation of SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting suite ofsolutions by working with corporate stakeholders such as ITfacilitating affiliate integrations and providing continuedsupport.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Partner with business stakeholders for scoping designdevelopment and testing of Group financial solutions.
- Coordinate with affiliate organizations forinfrastructure readiness and data exchange.
- Assess SAP Central Finance and Reporting requirements andprovide implementation support.
- Offer ongoingsupport for SAP Central Finance and Group Reportingmodules.
- Implement CFIN mappings configureGroup reporting solution and manage master data.
- Analyze and resolve complex system issues collaboratingwith IT team if needed.
- Develop comprehensivefinancial reports according to GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Stay updated on SAP updates and best practices forCentral Finance and Group Reporting.
- Participate in system upgrades and implementationprojects.
- Document processes and maintain userguides for knowledge transfer.
- Stay current onSAP Central Finance advancements and obtain necessarycertifications.
- Communicate technical conceptseffectively to diverse audiences.
- Maintain andoptimize digital solutions.
- Define setup andintegration of SAP Central Finance solutions between Group andaffiliates.
- Recommend finance functiontransformation with SAP Central Finance.
- Assess integration feasibility for This CompanyAffiliates and provide advisory support.
- Utilize excellent communication skills for workshops andissue troubleshooting.
- Ensure financialinformation integrity and strengthen protectionmechanisms.
- Support solution through continuedengagement maintenance and enhancements.
Requirements :
- Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
- Hold aBachelors degree in finance or IT; advanced business degree orprofessional certification preferred.
- Have 68years of experience implementing SAPbased financial accountingsystems.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in SAPCentral Finance and Group Reporting solutions.
- Demonstrated understanding of implementing financialaccounting systems including benefits articulation technicalevaluation critical success factors and project risks.
- Handson experience implementing SAP Central Finance andGroup Reporting systems.
- Ability to analyzefinancial accounting landscape and provide architectural optionsfor implementation.
