A career in our Finance Transformation practice, within Consulting services, will provide the opportunity to work alongside Finance leaders to optimize the structure of their finance functions, re-architect finance processes and implement best‑of‑breed technology to enable their transformation journey. Join a team of business professionals who work with clients to solve complex problems while utilizing tools to digitally upskill Finance teams. By working with clients to establish and deliver on their transformation roadmap to create value for Finance and beyond. Working in a diverse team, you will help our clients identify process, performance and people and lead the development of meaningful solutions to deliver sustainable change.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Finance Data Architect, Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency.

Engagement Delivery

• Work and lead on engagements with multidisciplinary teams, primarily focused on leading / supporting ERP implementations
• Serve key resource to bring technology and Finance processes together during ERP system implementations
• Finance transformation (including within an ERP or Planning and Budgeting tool implementation)
• Conduct organizational diagnostics across all finance processes
• Conduct analyses in support of improvement initiatives (e.g. costing, cost‑benefit, benchmarking)
• Analyse financial and operational data
• Establish credibility with existing and new clients by demonstrating subject matter expertise and knowledge in finance, strategy and EPM
• Vendor and software selection (including business requirements gathering)
