What You'll Do

Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:

• Helping customers by phone, email, virtual meetings, and in person
• Answering questions and finding solutions to customer concerns
• Assisting with billing, payments, and policy changes
• Reviewing customer needs and educating them about insurance options
• Building strong relationships through exceptional service
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer protection and overall satisfaction
• Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
• Working closely with a team that supports each other's success

What Will Help You Succeed

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, banking, or administration
• Enjoy helping people and creating positive customer experiences
• Are an excellent communicator who can build trust quickly
• Stay organized and productive when managing multiple tasks
• Are comfortable learning new technology and systems
• Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Are willing to obtain your Property & Casualty Insurance License (we'll help you every step of the way)
