Job Summary
We are hiring a Production Worker / Machine Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Milton, ON within a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to build hands-on manufacturing experience in a stable production setting with paid on-the-job training provided.
As a Production Worker, you will support packaging, labeling, quality inspection, and general production duties on a 12-hour continental swing shift schedule. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy active work, teamwork, clear expectations, and a production environment where safety, consistency, and reliability matter.
You will be part of a supportive team-focused workplace with training, steady hours, and weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Package and label finished products according to production standards.
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and visible defects.
- Operate or assist with production and packaging equipment as trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, production instructions, and quality guidelines.
- Support team members to help meet daily production targets.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $20.55 to $22.25 per hour.
- Schedule: 12-hour continental swing shifts.
