Job description

Consultant(e) fonctionnel(le) principal(e) Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

BDO Digital recherche un designer fonctionnel principal pour rejoindre son équipe d’opérations de solutions. Le poste est situé au Canada (hybride flexible) et est proposé en CDI à temps plein ou contractuel.

Responsabilités

  • Agir conseiller(ère) de confiance auprès des clients externes et des équipes de projet de BDO pour les mandats de services gérés D365 F&O (75 % soutien, 25 % projets).
  • Analyser les besoins et objectifs d’affaires des clients et fournir une expertise approfondie des applications dans les domaines fonctionnels ciblés.
  • Optimiser les processus d’affaires des clients afin de maximiser le rendement du capital investi (RCI) dans le contexte de Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, édition Entreprise.
  • Former le personnel des clients pour qu’ils effectuent les activités quotidiennes liées aux implantations ERP.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes et les reproduire dans un environnement de développement distinct.
  • Utiliser des compétences efficaces en communication et écoute avec les clients et les collègues pour résoudre les problèmes technologiques et fournir des conseils.
  • Appliquer la méthodologie Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step pour aider les clients à déployer les solutions de manière efficace et dans les délais.

Compétences et qualifications

  • Minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en consultation et soutien de services gérés Dynamics 365 F&O, avec une solide expertise dans la gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement fonctionnelle.
  • Connaissance d’un ou de plusieurs autres domaines fonctionnels de D365 F&O (ex. finance, ventes, talents/ressources humaines) ou d’un autre ERP est un atout.
  • Expérience antérieure dans un cabinet de services‑conseils (atout).
  • Certifications Dynamics 365 F&O/AX pertinentes acceptées.
  • Compétences analytiques, expérience en analyse, refonte et documentation des processus.
  • Expérience en conception fonctionnelle, configuration et harmonisation des processus avec compréhension des concepts financiers.
  • Connaissances des principes ITIL ou expérience dans un environnement opérationnel.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, forte organisation, capacité à travailler sous pression et à s’adapter au changement.
  • Autonomie, esprit d’équipe, capacité à inspirer et à communiquer.
