SAP BASIS Administrator – Senior Consultant

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP BASIS Administrator to support a complex SAP landscape and multiple enterprise-level SAP platforms. The ideal resource will bring deep BASIS administration expertise across ECC, HANA, cloud integrations, SAP BTP, and modern SAP modules including SuccessFactors, Ariba, BW/4HANA, and Fiori.

This role requires hands‑on experience across on‑premise and cloud environments, system performance management, integrations, upgrades, and support of mission‑critical SAP systems.

Required Experience & Qualifications

The resource must demonstrate the following:

Core SAP Technical Expertise

• 15+ years as an SAP BASIS Administrator

• 10+ years working with SAP ECC 6 or higher

• 4+ years working with RHEL/HANA environments

SAP Cloud, Integration & Application Experience

• 2+ years with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting + Employee Central)

• 4+ years with SAP Ariba

• 2+ years with SAP CIG and SAP CPI

• 2+ years with SAP Fiori

• 3+ years with SAP PI 7.5, including hands‑on PI development

Platform & Administration Tools

• 5+ years with SAP Solution Manager, including 2+ years with SolMan 7.2

• 5+ years with SAP Enterprise Portal 7.5

• Experience with SAML‑based SSO in SAP environments

SAP Data & Cloud Platform

• 2+ years with SAP BW/4HANA and BPC

• 2+ years managing SAP BTP global accounts and subaccounts

• 2+ years administering SAP BTP services such as:

• SAP Integration Suite

• IAS/IPS

• Cloud ALM

Other Requirements

• 6+ months experience with AI in SAP (e.g., SAP AI Core, AI services, AI‑based monitoring or automation)
