Are you a First Nations, Metis, or Inuit post-secondary student in CIBC systems and lending processes? Do you want to be a part of a program that will include a supported accreditation journey towards IIROC licensing along with additional education?

We're looking for you to join our team as an Associate, Private Wealth Rotational Program in select locations across Turtle Island (Canada).

Join CIBC's Private Wealth Team through our twelve-month Private Wealth Rotational Program, beginning in June 2025. As an Associate, you'll develop the skills to manage and grow a client portfolio, providing dedicated relationship management, complex financial services, and exceptional client support.

This program offers hands-on experience with rotations across Private Banking, Wood Gundy, and Private Wealth Head Office, guided by experienced Private Wealth Leaders.

You’ll work toward IIROC licensing and receive comprehensive training on CIBC systems and lending processes. Upon completion, you'll join a CIBC Wood Gundy Investment Advisory team, where your learning journey will continue as you help clients reach their financial goals.

Important Information :

  • You must be a recent graduate (May 2023-May 2025) or in your final year of post-secondary education pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields with an expected graduation date Spring 2025

  • Community Involvement : Enhance CIBC’s visibility by participating in local events and outreach, creating connections for future growth.
  • Partnerships : Collaborate with CIBC’s Financial Planning, Business Advisory, and Private Wealth teams to provide customized, holistic financial planning to meet diverse client needs.
