About the Team

As a member of the National Resource Management Team, and supporting Deloitte's Audit & Assurance practice, you will be responsible for executing the resource management strategy both in our regional and national offices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective planning of practitioners for each engagement. The results obtained will contribute to successfully meeting and / or exceeding business targets and expected results.

About the Role

As a resource coordinator, you will be working closely the Resource Management team to support them in various tasks such as :

  • Regularly update our resource allocation tool to reflect hires, departures, and promotions
  • Update professionals' schedule with planned vacation time, learning hours or any other type of work that should be reflected in our resource management tool
  • Work with the Resource management team to gather information on professionals’ skills and update the database accordingly
  • Support the resource specialist with the resourcing mailbox
  • Be able to multitask and set priorities in order to meet deadlines due to the unpredictable nature of the work and the volume of requests
