What youll do:


  • Oversee data and research projects in support of marketing and business objectives by defining goals, requirements and methodologies, and working with outside vendors as required.
  • Drive data excellence by implementing and refining best practices for data reporting and accessibility, empowering our growth initiatives with clear, actionable insights.
  • Generate comprehensive business and campaign performance reports and dashboards that not only identify trends but also provide actionable feedback to optimize our strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and effectively present data insights to management and executives, influencing key business decisions.
  • Assess the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns using various techniques, including marketing mix models and third-party reporting systems, to measure and maximize ROI.
  • Analyze website and UX data using GA4 and Google Tag Manager and recommend ways to optimize the customer journey on our website.
  • Work closely with external vendors and internal teams to support forecasting and help set and measure KPIs, and maintain a robust analytics framework, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the data and insights they need.
  • Champion a data-driven culture by advocating for the use of data across the company, helping teams leverage tools, insights, and processes that enhance our performance.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives by providing pre-test analysis, test setup guidance, and post-test interpretation of results.


What you bring:


  • A Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in an analytics role, demonstrating your ability to turn data into insights.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and scripting languages,as well as business intelligence tools such as Qlik Sense or Power BI is preferred. Experience in data visualization tools like Looker Studio, and project management tools like Jira is also desired.
  • Knowledge of website architecture and experience using web analytics tools including GA4, Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong communications skills. Able to effectively translate complex technical information into plain language.
  • A track record of thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining a laser focus on delivering results.
  • Experience designing marketing dashboards and reports and using data for storytelling.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms and machine learning applications/platforms is a definite plus.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing channels and their respective KPIs and attribution models.
  • Experience in B2B or channel-based environments, with a proven history of developing insights that lead to successful growth strategies, is an asset.
  • Experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), including data collection, cleaning, analysis and reporting, is an asset.

  • Superviser les projets en matire de donnes et de recherche afin dappuyer les objectifs commerciaux et de marketing en dfinissant les objectifs, les exigences et les mthodologies, et en collaborant avec des fournisseurs externes au besoin.
  • Favoriser lexcellence des donnes en mettant en uvre et en affinant les meilleures pratiques en matire de production de rapports et daccessibilit des donnes, afin de permettre nos initiatives de croissance de sappuyer sur des informations claires et exploitables.
  • Produire des rapports et des tableaux de bord complets sur les ralisations financires et le rendement des campagnes qui non seulement identifient les tendances, mais fournissent galement des commentaires exploitables afin doptimiser nos stratgies.
  • tablir de solides relations avec des quipes interfonctionnelles et prsenter efficacement les donnes la direction et aux cadres suprieurs, en influenant les dcisions daffaires cls.
  • valuer lefficacit de nos campagnes marketing laide de diverses techniques, notamment des modles de logistique commerciale et des systmes de compte-rendu par des tiers, afin dvaluer et de maximiser la rentabilit des investissements.
  • Analyser les donnes relatives au site Web et lexprience utilisateurrice laide de GA4 et de Google Tag Manager et recommander des moyens doptimiser le parcours cliente sur notre site Web.
  • Travailler en troite collaboration avec les fournisseurs externes et les quipes internes pour soutenir les prvisions, aider dfinir et valuer les indicateurs cls de performance (ICP) et maintenir un cadre analytique solide, en veillant ce que toutes les parties prenantes aient accs aux donnes et aux renseignements dont elles ont besoin.
  • Promouvoir une culture axe sur les donnes en dfendant lutilisation des donnes dans lensemble de lentreprise, en aidant les quipes tirer parti des outils, des connaissances et des processus qui amliorent notre rendement.
  • Soutenir les initiatives de tests A/B en fournissant une analyse pralable aux tests, des conseils pour la mise en place des tests et une interprtation des rsultats aprs les tests.


Vos antcdents :


  • Un baccalaurat en sciences des donnes, en informatique, en statistiques, en mathmatiques, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Au moins septans dexprience pratique dans un rle danalyste, dmontrant votre capacit transformer les donnes en informations.
  • La matrise de Python, SQL, Excel et des langages de script, ainsi que des outils de veille stratgique comme Qlik Sense ou Power BI est prfrable. Une exprience des outils de visualisation de donnes comme Looker Studio et des outils de gestion de projet comme Jira est galement souhaitable.
  • Connaissance de larchitecture des sites Web et exprience dans lutilisation doutils danalyse Web, notamment GA4 et Google Tag Manager.
  • Solides comptences en communication. Capable de vulgariser efficacement des renseignements techniques complexes en langage clair.
  • Lhabitude de vous panouir dans des environnements dynamiques et rapides, tout en vous concentrant sur lobtention de rsultats.
  • Exprience dans la conception de tableaux de bord et de rapports marketing et dans lutilisation des donnes des fins narratives.
  • Bonne connaissance des plateformes de donnes en nuage et des applications/plateformes dapprentissage automatique, un atout.

  • Exprience en modlisation du mix marketing (MMM), y compris la collecte, le nettoyage, lanalyse et la communication des donnes, un atout.
