Job Overview : We are seeking a Full Stack Developer or Software Development Specialist to assist with software development tasks, ranging from manual QA automation, vendor integration, and coding.
This role requires a self-starter who can drive projects forward and assist the small team in automating processes and managing development tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Transition manual QA processes to automated QA
- Assist in vendor integration efforts
- Write and maintain code for internal tools and applications
- Manage and automate spreadsheet-based tasks
- Work with Retool to build and customize internal tools
- Collaborate with existing developers to enhance development processes
Required Skills :
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript
- Experience with automated QA systems and manual QA
- Familiarity with internal tool development using Retool
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proactivity and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Understanding of manual testing and basic scripting
