Our Crown Corporation client is seeking a Contract Management Advisor for a three-month contract with the possibility of extension. In this role you will provide advice and expertise to the organization in respect of procurement activities, policies, and processes.

The Contract Management Advisor’s duties will include:

• Acting as point of contact and expert to ensure compliance with regards to contracting activities

• Being responsible for all contracting activities including issuing contractual arrangements including standing offers, service agreements, amendments, RFPs and revisions

• Working across all levels of management and with vendors to ensure contracts are in place

• Contacting and negotiating with external service providers

• Developing RPF’s and evaluation criteria

• Other duties as required

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Experience procuring goods and services

• Experience creating RFPs and RFQs

• Experience drafting contracts, policies and procedures

• Experience with e-procurement tools, Buy and Sell a strong asset

• Experience with Microsoft Great Plains / Dynamics a strong asset

• Bilingualism a strong asset
