Our client is looking for a Product Manager. The Product Manager is responsible for the planning, delivery and marketing of the product throughout its life cycle. The Product Manager must focus on WHY from the user's perspective and the value of the product to the user. The product manager must be data-driven to challenge or validate assumptions.

Job Requirements : Requirements :

Bachelor's degree;

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a software development organization;

Demonstrated experience overseeing all elements of the product development life cycle;

Passport or ability to obtain;

Ability to obtain an enhanced reliability security clearance;

Experience with Aha preferred;

Preferred experience creating business cases and quantifying value to establish priorities;

Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills;

Ability to thoroughly understand user workflow and assess value to the user and client are key requirements;

Demonstrate collaboration;

Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment;

Ability to motivate and lead a wide range of development, sales, marketing, and support resources not directly related to him / her;

Strong understanding of user and customer value;

Ability to lead and inspire others;

Data-driven approach;

Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills;

Accountability for actions and results;

Customer service oriented approach;

Expertise in public safety;

Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development life cycle;

Highly effective management of a cross-functional team;

Prior experience defining product roadmaps and assessing priorities.
