- Pickup and deliver freight to customer locations responsibly.
- Receive inbounds in the system, noting any discrepancies.
- Update bookings in C3 for inbound loads and create bookings for outbound loads in C3.
- Assist operations with OS&Ds.
- Dispatch efficiently and timely to ensure a high service standard with our customers.
- Maintain discipline with our contractors.
- Provide status updates with company software, including C3 and Truck Mate.
- Carry out other similar duties related to the position.

- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a transportation environment.
- Software proficiency is a must.
- Proficiency in logistics software systems and Microsoft Office.
