Web Designer

Position Description

We are looking for a Web Designer to help design and create a customized web solution. The resource must have the ability to understand what is needed to make the site functional and easy to update, while also making it aesthetically appealing and user‑friendly.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Blending words, images, and technology into creative design concepts.
• Managing assigned tasks and creating project plans.
• Following and enhancing company brand guidelines and assisting in standardizing branding practices.
• Creating graphic designs through a multitude of platforms to support marketing team initiatives in print, email, and online marketing.
• Converting complex data analytics into easy‑to‑read infographics.
• Illustrating creative concepts with storyboards and rough designs.
• Creating modern company presentations and Word document templates using brand guidelines.
• Ensuring company equipment is well maintained by following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and evaluating new equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to support other division needs and ensuring consistency in branded content.
• Building and delivering data‑driven marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and awareness.
• Enhancing professional skills and monitoring market trends in graphic design technology.
