About the Role

As a Senior Software Developer , you’ll play a key role in building and delivering backend solutions that enable successful client onboarding and integrations. You’ll work hands-on designing and implementing backend services, supporting bespoke client requirements, and ensuring our platform scales alongside growing client demand. You’ll collaborate closely with internal partners across Implementation, Data, and Product, as well as engage directly with client technical teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions. Your ability to work independently, adapt to changing requirements, and contribute thoughtful technical solutions will be critical to the success of both the team and our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and integrations to support clients
• Develop and deliver client-specific backend solutions in a scalable and maintainable way
• Collaborate directly with client technical teams to support integrations and resolve technical challenges
• Partner with internal teams including Product, Implementation, and Data to deliver projects end-to-end
• Act as a technical resource to teammates, helping unblock work and share best practices
• Contribute to improving internal processes, tooling, and integration patterns as the team scales
• Support and mentor other developers, fostering a collaborative team environment

Your final offer will reflect your experience, skillset, and location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified.

For roles based in or eligible to work from Ontario, the expected base salary range is :

$100,000 - $150,000 CAD
