We are seeking experienced professionals to join our kitchen team. As a key player, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of chefs and cooks to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Cook :

As a Cook with our team, you will work closely with our Sous Chef to prepare daily meals from carefully crafted menus. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and presentation of every dish that leaves the kitchen.

In addition to your primary duties, you will also assist with other kitchen tasks as needed. To succeed in this role, you must possess :

• A Food Safe Certificate
• 2-3 years of experience in a food environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Assistant Cook :

As an Assistant Cook, you will play a vital role in the preparation of all meals, working alongside our experienced cooks to ensure seamless service.

You will be expected to assist in all areas of the kitchen as needed, and maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen at all times.

To apply for this role, you must possess :

• A Food Safe Certificate
• 2-3 years of experience in a food environment
• Enthusiasm for learning and growth, with an interest in pursuing a cook apprenticeship program
• Ability to work flexible hours, including casual / PT / FT shifts

Dishwasher :

As a Dishwasher with our team, you will be responsible for cleaning all kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring a spotless and sanitized environment for our culinary staff.

You will also assist with meal preparation as needed and be flexible to work all shifts. To succeed in this role, you should have :

• Some experience working in a food environment (not required but an asset)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
